Event Description

Enjoy the best of classic, independent, and foreign films curated by The Concord Film Project at The Umbrella Arts Center, with pre-show dinner options. This January, join us for Force Majeure (2014, dir. Ruben Östlund, rated R for language). In this searing black comedy, a Swedish couple on holiday confronts a natural disaster that shatters their beliefs about themselves as a family. The film runs 2 hours. Screened in Swedish with English subtitles. Optional pre-show dinners from Saltbox Kitchen are available; order before Mon, Jan 12 at 12 PM. Film tickets are $12.50, meals are an additional $25. Concessions are available for purchase at the event.
