30 Years of Family Trees: A Celebration
of Children’s Literature

This is one of Concord’s most cherished family events. Each year, Barefoot Books partners with Concord Museum to create a wonderland of holiday trees, each ornamented with hand-made decorations inspired by a picture book. Sit and read together or join in a festive scavenger hunt. This year’s trees will feature a mix of classic children’s books – from Goodnight Moon to the Very Hungry Caterpillar – and inspiring new books, many by local authors.
