David Owen is the author of the forthcoming historical fiction book for children, The Minute Twins of Concord: A Story of Bravery and Unity, set during the days leading up to April 19, 1775.  A lifelong history enthusiast and Scouting America Unit Commissioner for Concord, MA, he is also the proud father of two Eagle Scouts.
