Bring your favorite tune, your instrument, and open ears to CCM’s Monthly Jazz Jam, where faculty member Giuseppe Paradiso sets the stage for musical collaboration, exploration, and enjoyment, and provides a space where all jazz musicians will feel at home. This monthly gathering welcomes players of all levels to join the house rhythm section, request songs, and build new musical friendships.

Come be part of the music at The Umbrella's spring Salt Lick Sessions concert on Friday, March 27, featuring Claire Ernst & Dani Offline.

Claire Ernst is an emerging pop/R&B artist from Nashville who just released her debut full-length album, Oh, Hello!, a vibrant introduction to her artistry. Dani Offline is a songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist making analog R&B for the 21st century.

The Concord Orchestra presents “Vignettes.”  The orchestra, conducted by Music Director Zeke Fetrow, performs a program of Gustav Holst’s A Somerset Rhapsody, Dmitri Shostakovich’s Suite for Variety Orchestra, Georg Philipp Telemann’s Trumpet Concerto in D Major, and Modest Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition.  A pre-concert talk is scheduled for 7:15 pm on Saturday. Tickets for adults and seniors are $25. Admission for youth under 18 is free.

Borrowing its name from a Brazilian wild sugar-apple, the group came together through Silkroad’s Global Musician Workshop and quickly bonded over their shared love of music from Brazil. Their sound is a thrilling blend of the freestyle theatrics of Hip-Hop and Go-go music, the effortless beauty of Brazilian Forró and Choro, the earthiness of American Roots music, and the improvisational spontaneity of jazz.

Join Alexander Cain, noted historian and author, for an immersive day-long tour tracing the pivotal sites of the 1775-1776 Siege of Boston! Trace the Continental Army's strategic movements and defensive positions around British-occupied Boston. You'll gain a deeper understanding of how the ragtag American forces effectively locked down the city and ultimately forced the British evacuation. Visit Prospect Hill, Bunker Hill, Washington's Headquarters and Cambridge Common, Fort Washington, Dillaway-Thomas House, and Dorchester Heights.
