10th Annual Native American Craft Show & Sale

Artisans Way will once again present the much-anticipated annual showcase of Native American jewelry, animal fetishes, silver pieces, pottery, and more. Hosted by Diane Whitman, this will be the 14th year for this event, which brings to Concord unique pieces created by members of the Navajo Nation, Santo Domingo Pueblo, Zuni, and Acoma Pueblo tribe members.

Saturday, October 18, from 10:00 - 6:00

Sunday, October 19, from 12:00 - 5:00

During the show, all Native American jewelry and ceramic purchases will be discounted 10%.

Visiting Artist Workshop with Yeonsoo Kim

Join us for a weekend workshop with visiting artist Yeonsoo Kim as he guides participants through the history of traditional Korean earthenware Onggi vessels, their production and significance, and how he incorporates these functional jars into expressive contemporary narratives.

Saturday registration is open to all; no experience necessary. Sunday is a hands-on workshop dedicated to the traditional Buncheong techniques of Sanggam (inlay) and Bakji (sgraffito).

The Alcott Archives: A Door to Discovery and Joy
At the library’s public unveiling of the collections on March 28, 2026, renowned Alcott scholar Daniel Shealy observed that the new holdings encompass “numerous unpublished letters, hundreds of books, complete manuscripts, important presentation copies of books—most of them first editions—ephemera, photographs, first appearances of tales in periodicals, obscure and rare printings of books, and even unpublished journals.” According to Professor Shealy, the collections as a whole are “almost breathtaking in [their] scope and importance.”

In the series Lucy Worsley Investigates, she undertakes the challenging task of explaining the ideological, political, and human dimensions of the American Revolution to a general audience. The series also addresses the significant chronological and military complexities of the conflict. This documentary is ambitious and frequently engaging, particularly in its examination of the intellectual and cultural origins of the Revolution.
