About the film: Filmed in the Nordic regions primarily within the Arctic Circle, this poetic and meditative journey explores the complexities of ancestry in relation to Earth-based belonging, interspecies spiritual connection, and healing through subtle actions, original symbols, and metaphors. 

Beat the heat with wine, ice-cold beer, and other beverages in our courtyard, followed by a specially curated tour of staff favorites from the Concord Museum’s collection. From beloved hidden gems to iconic highlights, discover what makes these pieces stand out through the eyes of those who know them best. Your ticket includes drinks outside in the courtyard before the tour, which begins at 7:15 pm. $15 Members | $25 Non-Members

Hilty is currently playing the role of Madeline Ashton in the new hit musical, Death Becomes Her, which earned her a Tony Award nomination, a Drama League Award nomination, and two Broadway.com Audience Awards.

About the presentation: At a young age, Matt was fascinated with nature and art, and he has traveled all over to research his subjects. An important part of his illustration process is seeing and learning about his subjects in the wild. In his presentation, he will discuss his experiences working in the field, conservation, his art, and researching the three most recent books he worked on with the award-winning author Sy Montgomery.
